The thread running through my work
A child facing peer pressure. A manager giving difficult feedback. Two adults negotiating a boundary. A founder handing over a company. Knowing the right answer in theory is different from finding it when another person is in the room.
These are the ideas I want to talk about, write about and test in the open. I’m looking for a specific situation where people already want help and where practice can change what happens next.
Could children learn to act more independently with other people through real projects, decisions and practice outside the classroom? I’m studying what parents actually struggle with, what kids would choose for themselves, and which format earns a place in their lives.

Helping business owners navigate the human side of passing responsibility to a team, partner or family.
My work sits where business, product, people and technology meet.
I build workflows that turn manual, expensive processes into working systems. My current work includes generating and adapting hundreds of performance video creatives each week.
I can turn a strong video or static concept into testable variations across formats, markets and languages, including localization. I’m currently testing this as an independent client offer.
I help people without an engineering background build useful tools with AI. The point is to make something work and understand where human judgment still matters.
I’ve had to make the decision and do the work after it: build products, lead engineers, run operations, raise capital and own the outcome. That range helps me turn an unclear problem into something a team can actually use.
It also made me pay attention to the human part inside every system: who decides, who speaks up, who holds back, and what helps people act differently next time. That’s the thread connecting my AI work to How Life Works and the other directions I’m exploring.
