Make the product easier to choose
Clarify the customer, use case, offer and positioning. Improve the way your website, product pages and sales materials explain the value and answer objections.
Marketing & growth · B2B and B2C
I work with you to redesign the connected processes behind positioning, acquisition, conversion and retention around what AI can do. Then I build the systems and help the team put the new way of working into practice.
Start with the commercial question
The starting point depends on your business model, the evidence available and what your team can change.
Clarify the customer, use case, offer and positioning. Improve the way your website, product pages and sales materials explain the value and answer objections.
Review acquisition, landing pages and the buying journey together. Identify where the message, offer or next step becomes unclear and prioritise practical improvements.
Improve lead handling, onboarding, email journeys and repeat-purchase communication. Define what should happen for each customer situation and what the team needs to measure.
Use AI for suitable research, content, creative variations, localisation and routine follow-up. Connect it to review and delivery so the team can use the output consistently.
Why work with me on marketing?
My experience is in growing businesses. Marketing, sales, the product and delivery have been connected parts of that work.
At OneSoil, I was responsible for marketing alongside my COO role. In my own startup, I led product and marketing: understanding customer needs, shaping the value proposition and bringing the product to market. I look at the customer journey from first interest through purchase and use.
The startup failed, and I lost my own money. It sharpened my judgement about demand, product-market fit, distribution and where to avoid spending time and money.
My experience includes sales, presales, customer meetings and trade fairs. At Itransition and Softeq, the goal was to grow revenue, profit and scale, connecting marketing and sales with delivery and production.
I helped Itransition grow to around $20M in annual revenue. At Softeq, work with the leadership and operating teams supported about fivefold revenue growth to around $10M and sustainable profitability.
The AI advertising production system I built for a consumer apps business with 25M+ users produces hundreds of creatives per week and contributed to $4M in incremental profit over six months.
I judge a marketing improvement by the customer value, sales and profitability it supports, and by whether the team can put it into practice.

For existing online stores
A representative customer-journey review, targeted competitor comparison and 5–8 substantive recommendations. Receive a PDF, editable task list and an honest map of what is known and what needs more evidence.
Public store details and a short brief are enough to start. No admin access, exports or introductory call are required.

Report in 2 business daysFrom the agreed start after payment and the completed brief.
For B2B products, service businesses or a broader growth question, we agree a separate starting scope. The ecommerce package is one entry point, not a requirement for every engagement.
What the work produces
Specify the commercial question, review the available evidence and rank the opportunities. Separate observations from assumptions and identify the missing information that could change a decision.
Agree the deliverables, fee and acceptance criteria. These may include messaging, a buying-journey change, an email workflow or an AI-assisted marketing process.
Use agreed indicators and a suitable test where possible. Further research or implementation is optional. If there is no case for additional work, I will say so.
Let's work on the result
Send whatever explains your business: a few lines, a link, a PDF or an audio recording. I will review the context before a free 30-minute conversation, then recommend a project, a separately priced diagnostic or another sensible next step.
