Choose a useful first step

Give your team a manageable plan.

There may be opportunities across checkout, product pages, email, retention and acquisition. Investigating everything in equal detail makes sense when you have the resources to act on it.

Quick Wins helps an owner or small team decide where to start. I review the public store, your business context and two competitors, then select the changes most worth considering. If the basics are already strong, I will say so and explain which questions need better evidence.

Best for an existing online store with a team ready to make improvements. B2C, B2B and mixed models are scoped around how customers actually place orders.

01 / What you receive

A report you can turn into work.

01

Your priority findings

An English PDF with 5–8 recommendations tied to your store. Each includes the issue, evidence, business relevance, proposed change, likely benefit, confidence and implementation effort.

02

An editable task list

A spreadsheet you can share with your marketer or developer: priorities, suggested owner, dependencies, a rough effort band and how to check whether a change helped.

03

A coverage and next-step map

What was observed, what you reported and what remains unknown across all ten areas below. A short roadmap separates quick wins, higher-priority work, medium-term ideas and experiments.

04

Answers to your questions

One follow-up email with clarification questions is included within seven days of delivery. You can order and use the report without scheduling a call.

The report and task list are delivered by email. The service is designed to work asynchronously. Recommendations target business improvements; a percentage increase in revenue or conversion is not guaranteed.

02 / See the level of detail

Every recommendation explains the change.

Illustrative exampleCheckout & trust

Show delivery information before the customer starts checkout.

A fictional example of the report format. This is not a finding about your store or a client result.

Observation & evidence
In this example, delivery costs and the dispatch window only appear after entering an address. An actual finding includes the relevant URL, device, review date and an annotated screenshot.
Why it matters
Customers may hesitate when they cannot estimate the total cost or delivery date. This is a plausible source of friction, not a measured cause of abandonment.
Recommended change
Add a delivery estimate and a link to shipping rates beside the purchase button. Keep cart and checkout information consistent with the store's actual fulfilment rules.
Priority & effort
Candidate quick win. Small effort if existing theme settings support it; developer review required if delivery logic varies by destination.
How to validate
Check the information on mobile and desktop, then monitor progression to checkout and completed orders. Use a controlled test if traffic supports it; a before/after change alone does not prove causation.

03 / Breadth and depth

Review the landscape.
Be precise about what is known.

Quick Wins considers ten areas. The first pass uses the public customer experience and your answers to a short questionnaire. It does not establish the performance of systems we cannot see.

Included boundary

One store, one language and one primary market; one representative buying journey on mobile and desktop; up to eight representative pages or journey steps, plus a targeted comparison with two competitors.

Typically: homepage, category, search, product, cart and accessible checkout steps. I confirm the sample and any access limitations before payment.

AreaQuick Wins reviewWhat needs more evidence
1. Conversion & journeyRepresentative route from first visit to accessible checkout; mobile friction and account-related questions.Actual drop-off, payment failures and the logged-in experience require analytics or client-provided walkthroughs.
2. Storefront & product marketingOffer clarity, categories, benefits, calls to action and visible cross-sell opportunities.Which products deserve more promotion requires sales, margin and inventory context.
3. Trust & social proofReviews, delivery/returns information, testimonials and visible use of customer content.Review collection, reuse permissions and internal UGC processes need confirmation.
4. Newsletter & lead generationSignup placement, value proposition, incentives and your stated segmentation approach.Signup conversion, lead quality and integrations need platform reports or screenshots.
5. Email marketingYour questionnaire answers about welcome, abandonment, post-purchase and reactivation flows.Triggers, delivery, flow content, revenue and performance require an agreed export or screenshots.
6. RetentionVisible loyalty/referral mechanics and your account of repeat-purchase activity.Cohorts, repeat-purchase rates and customer value require order data.
7. CompetitionTargeted comparison with two competitors on selected offers, trust and buying mechanics.Their conversion, profitability and internal automation are not publicly verifiable.
8. SEO & discoverabilitySampled category/product messaging, content intent and internal paths to relevant pages.Rankings, keyword gaps and organic performance need dedicated search research and reports.
9. Practical AI opportunitiesCandidate uses tied to an observed task, such as review analysis or product-content assistance.Feasibility, data quality, cost and measurable value need a scoped evaluation or pilot.
10. Missed opportunitiesOther relevant issues found during the review, selected by likely value and team capacity.A public review cannot certify that every possible opportunity has been found.

No repeat PageSpeed or deep technical SEO audit. Implementation, Figma redesigns, customer interviews, exhaustive keyword research, email-platform analysis, analytics validation and running A/B tests are outside this package. Technical issues are flagged when they directly block the observed journey.

04 / How it works

Agree the start. Get the report. Choose the work.

  1. Send your store and goal

Share your URL, primary market and the result you want to improve. I check fit and confirm the scope, fee and start date before you pay.

  2. Pay and answer a short brief

Pay the invoice in full before work starts. Tell me how orders work, which marketing tools and email flows you use, and what your team can implement. No exports or system logins are required.

  3. Receive your Quick Wins

Your PDF and task list arrive within two business days of the agreed start, once payment and the completed brief are received. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Polish public holidays.

  4. Implement, then decide

Use your own team, another supplier or ask me for a separate implementation quote. Further research is optional and has its own agreed scope and price.

06 / Only go deeper where it helps

The next step may simply be implementation.

If a useful fix is already clear, your team can act on it. More analysis is worth buying when it could change the decision.

Where needed, I propose a focused audit of conversion and trust, email and retention, or acquisition and discoverability. It specifies the question to answer, the evidence needed, the deliverables, timing and a separate fixed quote.

If no further work is warranted, I will say so. Existing reports, spreadsheets, PDFs or screenshots can support deeper work. We agree what is needed and how to share it first. Direct admin access is not a prerequisite.

Basic improvements can often be specified from established practices. If those are already in place, advanced work may require behavioural evidence, customer research or experiments. A full review across all areas is available by separate scope when that breadth supports a real business decision.

Dima Zenevich

Your reviewer

I'm Dima Zenevich.

I have spent 20 years helping businesses grow revenue, profit and scale by connecting product, marketing, sales and delivery. I judge marketing by the customer value and business results it creates.

At OneSoil, I was responsible for marketing alongside my COO role. In my own startup, I led product and marketing, working on the customer problem, value proposition and route to market. The startup failed, and the experience sharpened my judgement about demand, product-market fit, distribution and where to avoid spending time and money.

I have spent years in sales, presales, customer meetings and trade fairs. More recently, the AI advertising production system I built for a large consumer subscription company produced hundreds of creatives a week and contributed to $4M in incremental profit over six months.

For Quick Wins, I personally review the evidence and final recommendations, connecting the customer journey and marketing opportunities to business priorities and practical implementation.

07 / Before you order

A few practical questions.

Does this answer a comprehensive ten-area audit brief?

It is a scoped first stage. You receive a coverage map across the ten areas and a selected set of actionable findings, rather than a complete diagnosis of every area. Internal email flows, retention performance, logged-in checkout and revenue attribution need evidence a public review cannot provide. If you need the full brief answered before making a larger decision, we should scope that separately from the start.

What if there are fewer than five worthwhile quick fixes?

I will not pad the report. The target is 5–8 substantive recommendations, which can include a higher-effort improvement or a specific validation task where a quick fix is not justified. I will explain where the basics are strong and where the evidence stops.

Will you create accounts, subscribe to emails or place test orders?

The standard package reviews the publicly accessible journey without placing orders or creating customer accounts. If a protected or logged-in step matters, we agree a client-provided recording or screenshots before the review. Anything involving an account, subscription or test order requires separate agreement.

When will the business results appear?

The two-day commitment covers delivery of the report. Implementation time depends on your platform and team. Business results take additional time to observe and depend on traffic, execution and other factors. Each recommendation explains what to monitor; estimated benefit is qualitative unless supporting data is available.

Can you implement the recommendations?

Yes, where the work fits my capabilities. I provide a separate scope, fee and schedule for the selected tasks. You are free to use the report with your own team or another supplier.

What happens if I need to cancel or the deadline is missed?

Cancel before the agreed work starts for a full refund. If I cannot meet the agreed report delivery date, you can accept a revised date or cancel the undelivered audit for a full refund. Other cancellation arrangements are agreed in writing before payment.

What information should I share?

Start with public store details and your business goal. The brief asks for your sales model, tools, existing flows, optional competitors and team capacity. Approximate order volume is optional. Please do not send customer records, passwords or personal customer information. Any deeper data review is separately scoped.

Let's choose a starting point

Tell me about your store.

I will confirm whether Quick Wins fits, your start date and the invoice total. Requesting an invoice does not commit you to a purchase.
